Read Naturally notifies you when updates to Read Live have been released. Whenever updates are released, you should clear the web browser's cache (not the browser History) on each workstation.

How to clear a web browser's cache:

To reload the page and override cache on the Read Naturally Live login page:

On a Windows computer, press Ctrl+F5.

On a Chromebook, press Ctrl-Shift-R.

On a Mac OS computer, press Cmd-R or Apple-R

When a Read Live application experiences an unexpected problem due to the user's cache not being cleared, clicking the Retry button attempts to recover from the error, allowing you to continue working. In some instances, pressing F5 on a Windows computer or Cmd-R on MacOS to refresh the page also will resolve an error or other odd behavior.

If using a key combination doesn't work, you may need to clear the cache using your browser's settings. The following article explains how to clear a web browser's cache for different browsers supported by Read Live. Note that not all of the browsers listed in this article are supported for use with Read Live.
